Intermediate Class IV provides thrills for the more daring
Challenging and thrilling, this section is a true crowd-pleaser. While completely accessible to the first time rafter, there is enough here to please even a seasoned veteran. Trip favorites include Suicide Falls, The Flood, and Upper and Lower Slicky. Ages 12 and up (14 during high water).

Advanced Class IV+ delivers heart-stopping adrenaline
Experience the thrill of premier Class IV+ whitewater. This run is a nonstop dash, offering some of the best rafting in California. If you have a strong sense of adventure and are relatively fit, this is the trip for you! Starts at the Gateway rapid, with Pumpkin Hollow, The Chute, and Osterizer following in quick succession. Boasting rapid after rapid, this fun section challenges rafters and guides alike. Ages 14 and up (16+ during high water).

Get ready for a full, action-packed day on the Kaweah river. This trip starts off with the steepest section and mellows out to a fun, playful Class III toward the end. We stop halfway down the run to recharge with freshly prepared deli sandwiches, chips and drinks. Leave your cell phones and worries behind and bring plenty of sunblock for this full day adventure.
