Whitewater Rivers are rated using Roman numerals I to VI according to the International Scale of River Difficulty. Class II/III being beginner friendly, Class IV being intermediate and IV+ and V are advanced. Class VI is generally considered unrunnable.

If you have a strong sense of adventure and are relatively fit, this is the trip for you! We start as high up as water levels will allow, this is the steepest portion of the Kaweah River. Get ready for a full, action-packed day on the Kaweah river. This trip starts off with the steepest section and combines all of the above sections for 10 miles of outstanding whitwater.
