Mountain Descents is locally owned and operated. Join us and let us share our favorite whitewater rafting run with you. With over 20 years experience rafting the Kaweah River, we are one of the most knowledgable outfitters on the water.  Amicaya started the company in 2016 with the goal of offering excellent quality rafting at its finest. The love of rafting and of Three Rivers itself, is evident in the care and love we put into each trip. Your safety and experience come first with us, every time.

The Kaweah River is free flowing, fed by snow melt from the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This offers a unique chance to view the lush riparian corridor from a new perspective. Ever present in the background are stunning views of snow-capped Alta Peak. elevation 11,208 ft (3,416 m).
